Wodiba: open banking add-ons for Workcube ERP
Version 1.0 — Last updated:
How do bank transactions get into Workcube automatically? Wodiba's account-statement line pulls bank transactions into Workcube several times a day and creates the record and accounting voucher for 18 transaction types. The counterparty is matched by tax ID (VKN), IBAN or a description rule. A transaction it cannot decide on is not guessed: it is listed with the reason and waits for your approval.
Wodiba is a family of add-ons from Turkey-based Gramoni that brings a company's banking work into Workcube, a Turkish ERP platform. It has four lines: account statements, direct debit (DBS), POS transactions and payment initiation, connected through Gramoni's open banking infrastructure.

The four Wodiba lines
Account statements
Statements from 26 institutions; a record and accounting voucher for 18 transaction types. Bank receipts from 5 banks.
Direct debit (DBS)
DBS is the Turkish supplier direct-debit system (Doğrudan Borçlandırma Sistemi). Wodiba covers 5 providers, 4 of them on screen today.
POS transactions
Garanti and İş Bankası.
Payment initiation
VakıfBank, İş Bankası and Albaraka Türk. Payments leave only with your approval.
What happens to transactions that don't match?
They are not guessed. The transaction is listed with the reason, and every decision is logged. The difference between the bank and Workcube is shown on one screen.
Where are bank passwords kept?
Not in Workcube. Every outgoing payment needs your approval.
Is Wodiba a fit for us?
- It requires Workcube.
- Customer and supplier cards need clean tax-ID (VKN) and IBAN data. If they don't have it, the data is fixed first.
How is Wodiba priced?
Annual transaction-volume credits ("kontör"), a project fee and a per-bank-account integration. Support requires a current Workcube annual maintenance and update contract (LYKP).
Open banking in Turkey
Open banking in Turkey rests on Law No. 6493 on payment services. A 2019 amendment (Law No. 7192) added two services: a payment initiation service for an account held at another payment service provider, and an account information service, which presents consolidated information on one or more payment accounts online. Regulations issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) on 1 December 2021 set the rules for these services and for data sharing over APIs.
The services went live on 1 December 2022, when banks began serving through "GEÇİT", the open banking gateway built by the Interbank Card Center (BKM); six banks started as account servicing providers (CBRT). By March 2026, according to the CBRT, the ecosystem had 16.4 million users, an average of 12.3 million transactions a day and 53 participants. The same two services are defined in the EU's PSD2 directive, and the Basel Committee describes open banking as sharing customer-permissioned bank data with third parties to build more efficient services.
For accounting, the change is this: downloading statements from online banking and copying them into the ERP is no longer the only way bank data can arrive; it can come regularly through a regulated service. The real work is turning each transaction into the right customer or supplier card and the right accounting voucher. Wodiba does that inside Workcube, connecting to banks through Gramoni's open banking infrastructure.
The direct debit system (DBS) behind Wodiba's DBS line is a collection system in which a bank collects a supplier's receivables from its dealers against credit limits the bank allocates to those dealers (Türkiye İş Bankası).
Frequently asked questions
Which Turkish banks does Wodiba support?

Can Wodiba send payments, or only read statements?
Both. The payment initiation line starts payments from Workcube at VakıfBank, İş Bankası and Albaraka Türk today. Every outgoing payment runs only with your approval; nothing leaves the account without it.
How does Wodiba handle a transaction it cannot match?
It does not guess. If the counterparty cannot be found by tax ID (VKN), IBAN or a description rule, the transaction is listed with the reason and waits for your decision. Every decision is logged, and the difference between the bank and Workcube is shown on one screen.
Does Wodiba store our online-banking credentials?
No. Bank passwords are not stored in Workcube. Wodiba connects to banks through Gramoni's open banking infrastructure, and every outgoing payment additionally needs your approval.
Can a group with several companies see all accounts in one place?
Yes. Wodiba includes a multi-company cash dashboard that shows the group's bank accounts on one screen.
What does "kontör" pricing mean?
Kontör is the Turkish term for transaction credits. Wodiba is priced by annual transaction-volume credits, plus a project fee and a per-bank-account integration fee. Support requires a current Workcube annual maintenance and update contract (LYKP). Figures are quoted for your transaction volume.
