Oğuzcanlar-Dizayno Furniture chooses Workcube for its digitalisation

Oğuzcanlar Group, a Turkey-based furniture maker selling under the Dizayno, Bismot and Oğuzcanlar brands, chose Workcube for its digitalisation project in September 2021. The whole organisation, dealer and showroom network included, moves to Workcube, with production and planning tracked in Workcube E-Furniture. A consortium of Gramoni, Ezgi Yazılım and Connect Yazılım implements it.
The project
Oğuzcanlar Group, in business since 1952, is known in Turkey as a maker of TV units and also produces panel furniture, sofas and bedroom furniture at its plant in Karaman. With Gramoni's guidance, the group has chosen Workcube, a Turkish ERP platform, for its digitalisation project.
The group sells under the Dizayno, Bismot and Oğuzcanlar brands and will move its whole organisation, including its dealer and showroom network, onto Workcube. Information and processes now held in separate places, from sales to planning and from production to shipping, will be managed together in one system.
Scope and implementation
The project is run by a consortium of Workcube partners: Gramoni, Ezgi Yazılım and Connect Yazılım. It covers:
- production and planning flows of the group companies, tracked in Workcube E-Furniture,
- inter-company transfers and intra-group transactions in Workcube,
- all other operations, including finance and accounting, HR and CRM, tracked in a web-based system.
