Workcube ERP for textiles and apparel
Version 1.0 — Last updated:
What should ERP solve in textiles and apparel? Style, colour and size variants, multi-stage production with subcontractors, seasonal orders and shipments, and multi-bank finance have to meet in one record. In this sector Gramoni implements and configures Workcube ERP and connects scheduling with WorkPlanner for Workcube, the warehouse with WAMS Logistics and banking with Wodiba.
In textiles and apparel, the ERP job is managing variants, not just products. For a Turkey-based textile or apparel maker, the typical ERP problems are:
- Variants. One style is made and sold in dozens of colour and size combinations. If stock, cost and orders are not kept at that level, the numbers do not add up.
- Multi-stage production and subcontracting. Yarn, weaving or knitting, dyeing and finishing, and garment making are separate stages, and some are done by subcontracted workshops (fason). When goods sent out and returned are tracked on paper, stock and cost drift.
- Seasons. Collections and orders follow the season, so planning and shipping pile up into short windows.
- Multi-bank finance. An export-heavy company posting transactions from several banks into accounting by hand loses time.
The sector at a glance
Textiles and apparel are among Turkey's large export items, but 2025 was a hard year. The Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) sector table in the December 2025 review by the Mediterranean Exporters' Associations (AKİB) shows ready-to-wear and apparel exports fell 6.3% in 2025 to about USD 16.8 billion, 7.1% of total exports. In the same table, textiles and raw materials exports fell 0.8% to about USD 9.4 billion, a 4.0% share. Turkey's total exports in 2025 were USD 273.4 billion, according to TİM.

In Europe, manufacturing is a heavy ERP user: Eurostat reports that 57.62% of EU manufacturing enterprises used ERP software in 2025.
What Gramoni offers in this sector
Gramoni works with companies in the textile sector. The services and products that fit are:
- Workcube ERP consulting and implementation. Workcube, a Turkish ERP platform, implemented with its eight-phase methodology; module scope includes finance and accounting, CRM, HR, sales and distribution, and materials and production. Each phase has a written output.
- WorkPlanner for Workcube. For Workcube users who produce by work order and routing, it brings production scheduling inside Workcube; the scheduling engine is Novalab's.
- WAMS Logistics. Barcode shipment checks, allocation-based picking, stock counts and warehouse transfers, plus pallet management and labels. Every movement is written to Workcube's stock records.
- Wodiba. Brings banking work into Workcube across four lines: account statements, direct debit system (DBS), POS transactions and payment initiation.
- Workcube custom development. Where standard screens fall short, customer-specific code is packaged as a separate module; Workcube's standard code stays untouched.
- AI and automation. Applications whose results go through human approval, such as records created from a photo of a document, or multi-channel notifications.
What it does not do
WorkPlanner does not forecast demand or promise orders. WAMS Logistics does not handle goods receipt, packing or delivery-note creation. MES for Workcube works today only with trex Dijital's shop-floor MES, so it is assessed separately against the system on your floor. Gramoni does not publish customer names, project counts or result figures on this page.
Frequently asked questions
What is hardest about ERP in textiles and apparel?
One style is made in dozens of colour and size combinations, and production passes through several stages, from yarn and weaving to dyeing and garment making, often through subcontracted workshops. If stock, cost and shipments are not kept at that level of detail, the numbers do not add up at the end of the season.
What does WorkPlanner for Workcube do in textile production?
It opens Workcube's BOMs, routings, machines and working calendars to Novalab's scheduling engine, and the schedule comes back to Workcube as work orders, gross and net material requirements and a Gantt chart. It takes shift and break calendars into account. It does not do demand forecasting or order promising.
Do we need separate warehouse software?
With WAMS Logistics, shipment checks, allocation-based picking, counts and transfers are done on a barcode device, and every movement is written to Workcube's own stock records, so no separate warehouse system is needed. Goods receipt, packing, delivery-note creation and a store app are out of scope.
What does Wodiba do for a textile company working with several banks?
It brings bank transactions into Workcube several times a day and creates records and accounting vouchers for 18 transaction types. It finds the counterparty by tax ID number (VKN), IBAN or a description rule; a transaction it cannot match is not guessed but listed with the reason. It also offers a multi-company cash dashboard.
We have an MES on the floor. Can it connect to Workcube?
MES for Workcube is for Workcube users who produce by work order and operation and have a shop-floor MES. Today it works with trex Dijital's shop-floor MES; connection to other MES products is not offered today. Fit is assessed in a call, based on the system on your floor.
